What are some things I like to do as a workout?
♡ Dance: When I was little, I used to do ballet, then Jazz and Hip-hop. I'm not a part of any dance company anymore but I still love to dance when I can, especially among friends.
♡ Yoga: I like to do Iyenga yoga, however once I get a bit more fit I would like to start getting into Acroyoga
♡ Running: My old flat used to go for runs together a lot, my favourite place to run is around my neighbourhood and the lake.
♡ Hiking: Wairere Falls, Hakarimatas (dare I say it, haha), Maungatautari.
♡ Beach Walks: Anywhere where there's sand and sea, but Raglan is a favourite.

It's the perfect time to get back into my favourite forms of exercise again! October is a killer time at uni with deadlines for assignments, tests and presentations. That's why exercise is such an effective way to help with stress, mental health etc. I'm also not going to let my 'girly time' get in the way of a good workout.
